Workshops - Leadership & Empowerment for rangatahi & wahine

Focused Spaces for Young adults & Wahine in schools & Intimate wananga settings

Schools: Leadership groups and student cohorts. We discuss the needs of your rangatahi, and from there a customized wananga is curated.

Topics can include but are not limited to:

what Rongoa Maori actually is as a way of living; ways to empower and re-indiginize our spaces; anchoring your voice and how to recognise and accentuate natural leadership qualities; Hauora (wellness) & our Purakau (creation stories) as healing agents; learn 4 (pou) pillars of power to support natural leadership styles; identify confidence gaps and how to recognise confidence as a skill to grow and not an innate personality ‘problem'; addressing mental health dis-ease (depression, anxiety); cultivating sound leadership skills in your roles at school such as effective communication and time management, boundary work, art of how to delegate and share responsibility before burnout or breakdown.

Wahine: Intimate circles, professional, creative or hauora based wananga.

Spaces are deeply intentional and curated & culturally grounded.

Workshops are tailored to your group’s needs & context and to support your wider Kaupapa.
